- Supported international college to redesign their model of delivering training and assessments for exclusive on-line and remote delivery in response to Covid-19: a model that they have committed to maintain in light of how effective it has been, and reported satisfaction from learners
- Created in-house guidance and briefing for a national sector body to help their workshop leaders be more inclusive and able to recognise/support participants who may be neurodiverse or experiencing a disability of some type
- Co-created enterprise learning modules within existing university degree courses
- Associate tutor to The Co-operative College, specialising in governance and business development – lead associate on worker co-ops and social enterprise programmes
- Delivery of start-up training programmes for local enterprise agency – including the creation of a training programme on business planning which is now being used as a standard course for all their clients across Pennine Lancashire who are considering starting their own enterprise
- Development and delivery of acclaimed training programmes for various Business Link regions on governance, legal structures, and other aspects of (social) enterprise
- Drafting set of ‘start-up’ guides for social enterprise for sub-regional social enterprise support agency covering range of topics including feasibility, budgeting, marketing, business planning and structure
- Development of training course for users of mental health services on enterprise creation as part of ‘The Bee’s Knees’ project – (see video link)
- Unparalleled research into training issues, needs and cultures of co-operative and social enterprises, with the findings benchmarked against charities and private sector (see report – ‘training issues for…’)
